It’s a good idea to schedule any service in advance. However, we would be happy to accommodate you if there is a cancellation. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance to ensure that you take full advantage of the time you have purchased.

What to Bring
Here are some helpful tips to consider before you arrive:

• If you have a gift certificate, bring it with you and present it before beginning your service.
• Consider wearing a bathing suit if you are receiving a spa service.
• Make sure you remove all jewelry before massage or spa services. We are not responsible for lost items.

Cancellation Policy
You must reschedule or cancel your appointments within 24 hours of your service, or we will charge you for the scheduled services or deduct the amount from your gift certificate. We also require a one week cancellation notice for our spa packages, or we must charge you for the scheduled services or deduct the amount from your gift certificate.

Return Check Policy
There is a 25.00 charge for any check issued to Bodyworks Massage & Spa that is not honored.
